Serviced Offices in Farnham (No 12)
Working with a leading supplier of serviced offices and warehouses in Surrey, we developed a second project to replace an out-dated warehouse used previously as a printing workshop. The clients required the creation of new offices with welfare and meeting areas to be used by the tenants and visitors.
Allowing full use of the floor space, the project is arranged over two floor levels and 230sqm. The scheme consists of 9 flexible office units with meeting areas, catering facilities, conference room and other services.
A complete overhaul of the exterior improves the quality of light and attractiveness of the building. The external design is also identical to our previous project (No 11), which contributes to the corporate identity, and to raising the overall design quality of the local area.
