Small extension and refurbishment of a detached house in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
This project required demolishing an existing small extension and to create an integrated kitchen & dining area, with under-floor heating, together with a new shower room on the ground floor. The first floor layout also required remodelling to accommodate a new contemporary bathroom. By using the matching materials and mass, we secured the planning permission, and aimed to deliver the project within the budget, without compromising the client’s vision.
