A significant remodelling of a dark dilapidated one-bed apartment in Baxter Park, overlooking the park into a comfortable, contemporary two-bed family home.
Despite restrictive planning conditions imposed by the local authority and a tight budget, we delivered the result without compromising the project. Maximum use of space with considerably large, light and airy interior.
