A light and airy duplex apartment conversion
Located in the Baxter Park area of Dundee, this dark dilapidated flat required extensive structural and refurbishment work with a limited budget. We created a contemporary interior layout to maximise the space and increase the amount of natural light throughout the property. We also carried out extensive ventilation and acoustic works, installed new high-efficiency central heating and an efficient wall and floor insulation to reduce energy consumption and to create a comfortable living space.
