The significant remodelling transformed a dark dilapidated one-bed cottage into a comfortable, contemporary two-bed family home.
Despite privacy concerns with overlooking issues, together with restrictive planning conditions imposed by the local authority, we secured planning permission without compromising the project. We delivered a house with considerably large, light and airy inside space, with the maximum use of height, glazing and windows.
