This project was created for a luxury home developer in Brazil. The vila is located in ITU- Brazil in a closed gate residential condominium beside a lake.
The accommodation is spread over 1700m2 with an impressive double-height marble entrance hall and imposing double staircase, glass floor with view to the pool and large glass ceiling. There are five bedroom suites, including a master bedroom with its own private sitting area, twin walk-in dressing rooms and twin en-suite bathrooms.
The grand gates open to landscaped circular driveway with central water feature, leading to main front door and two side service doors. The lower ground floor and garages can also be accessed by way of a large ramp within the driveway.
The main entrance hall leads to an ample dining room, a comfortable living area with open plan kitchen and breakfast room, opening to a TV room, game room, and service area with utility room, storage and toilets. The living area opens onto a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens.
The second wing of the ground floor consists of a large double drawing room also with access to the dining area, the office/ library, children’s area, and toilets, with separate side exit to the garden.
The villa has been designed for entertaining on an extra large scale, opening up to accommodate over 200 guests. The entertaining area can be reached from the main hall

The wine cellar on this floor is a temperature-controlled room, designed for 1600 bottles. Large bi-folding glass panels have been designed to separate the 23-metre indoor and outdoor swimming pool, integrating the exterior and the interior.
Two large glass doors around the pool can be opened onto the BBQ area and the garden, creating a large indoor/outdoor leisure space with sunbathing, sitting and dining areas. An extra-large garage to accommodate up to 8 large saloon cars or limousines is accessed.
