This project focused on the renovation and extension of an 18th century detached villa. Known locally as The Old Pest House, the property required extensive repairs and modern amenities to meet current standards.
Rather than compete with the property’s historical character, we embraced it. The restored cottage and extension create a comfortable, modern home that extends naturally from the past, seamlessly unveiling the progression from traditional to modern.
